As a third party, outsourced provider of administrative support services, our business model is predicated on the notion of trust. The attorneys who hire us, and the people who hire them, trust that the sensitive documents and information we store will be protected in every possible sense. It begins with honoring the attorney-client privilege, something that is required of Morgan Drexen under rules established by the American Bar Association.

Morgan Drexen is permitted to provide outsourced, administrative services to attorneys pursuant to Model Rule 5.3 of the American Bar Association. According to the Rule, Morgan Drexen’s attorney customers must make reasonable efforts to ensure that Morgan Drexen’s conduct is compatible with the professional obligations of the lawyer – including protecting the attorney-client privilege and abstaining from disclosing confidential information.

Morgan Drexen’s commitment to protecting sensitive documents is also evident in the numerous security measures established to safeguard this critical information. Attorney-client communications are stored in secure servers that can only be accessed through Morgan Drexen’s proprietary MDIS system. Morgan Drexen considers its MDIS application to be a “virtual vault” that attorneys and their clients can rely on for complete security and peace-of-mind.
